Meet your Practitioner

Katie Wight

Katie is a Registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher and Cambrian College graduate with studies rooted in health and wellness, living and practicing in Sudbury, Ontario. Her teaching and practitioner style is grounded in a genuine love for helping people feel more connected to their bodies and more at ease within themselves.

Alongside her yoga training, she is a Certified Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Level 1 Practitioner, Certified Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Practitioner, and Certified Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner. She also has training in massage-based techniques, which she integrates mindfully alongside her other offerings to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of overall ease.

Katie supports others in their healing through a gentle, integrative approach—bringing together movement, hands-on work, stillness, and subtle energy practices in a way that feels grounded and accessible. Depending on the session, she may incorporate chakra balancing, essential oils, and sound elements such as bowls or chimes to support balance, relaxation, and presence.

Katie believes that healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It begins with slowing down, paying attention, and allowing space for the body, mind, and spirit to come back into balance. Her approach is intuitive and heart-centered, always grounded in presence, compassion, and care.

Katie’s intention is to help others feel seen, safe, and empowered on their own path toward healing.
